• We accept major credit cards and Shopify-approved payment methods.
• Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspicious activity.
• All orders are tax-free — Lush Living covers applicable sales tax.

Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is provided on all US orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lush Living is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Our children's furniture is designed with safety in mind, including sturdy construction, smooth finishes, and appropriate guardrails. However, adult assembly is required for most items.
