Free Shipping on All US Orders

Lush Living offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

• In-stock items: 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging.
• Made-to-order items: 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the continental US.
• Large furniture items: May require 5-10 business days via freight delivery with curbside drop-off.
• Alaska & Hawaii: 7-14 business days, additional charges may apply for oversized items.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Large furniture pieces may ship via freight carriers with scheduled delivery appointments. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, PO boxes for large items, or APO/FPO addresses for furniture requiring freight delivery.

No Sales Tax

All orders are tax-free. Lush Living absorbs any applicable sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Packaging

All furniture is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging uses recyclable materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.
